3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

04Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, a 20x wagering requirement on the total bonus amount must be fulfilled.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses apply to one user and one device / IP / household only.
- Bonus balances cannot be transferred directly to another user.
- Attempting to withdraw deposited funds while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Promotional offers are valid for a limited period — check the expiry date on the relevant promotion page.

4.3 VIP Program
99kt has four VIP tiers. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and contribution on the platform. 99kt reserves the right to set and change the criteria for moving to a higher tier.
05Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed it is considered final and cannot be changed. 99kt reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Participating in or assisting with match fixing or manipulation.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
- Using automated bots or software to place bets.
- Playing using another user's account.
- Any form of fraudulent transaction or money laundering.
5.3 Disputes over Results
If there is a dispute regarding the result of a game or bet, our support team must be notified within 72 hours of the result being published. 99kt's system records will be considered the final proof. If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical interruption, 99kt will resolve it in accordance with the applicable policy.
06Responsible Gaming Policy
6.1 Setting Limits

6.2 Voluntary Break
